  • White Dry Port Taylor Fladgate Chip Dry 1 + 1/4 oz. (4cl)

  • Fresh Orange Juice 3/4 oz. (2 cl)

  • Fresh Lime Juice 1/3 oz. (1 cl)

  • Sugar Syrup (Monain Brand) 3/4 oz. (2 cl)

  • Berry Mix (recipe for 25cocktails)

  • Red Fruits Pulp (Boiron Brand) 400 g

  • Campari 3 + 1/2 oz. (10 cl)

  • Port Taylor Fladgate Fine Ruby 10 + 3/4 oz. (30 cl)

Recipe: Fill the glass with crushed ice. Place Taylor Fladgate Chip Dry port, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir a little.Add the prepared Berry Mix on top. Finish with garnish.
Garnish: Rosemary and fresh blackberries
Glass: Double rocks
Berry Mix Recipe: Put all ingredients in a Blender. Mix for about 5 minutes. Remove from blender and reserve. To preserve, place in the cold.
