Modernizing the popular Mint Julep with the Croft Reserve Tawny Port.
Port Croft Tawny Reserve 1 oz. (3cl)
Bourbon Whiskey 1 1/4 oz. (4cl)
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
5 Mint Leaves
Superfine Sugar 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Recipe: In a julep mug gently muddle the mint, sugar, and water. Fill the glass with cracked ice, and add the drinks and then stir well until the glass is frost. Add more ice to form a cone above the rim.
